News MobileMe Launching on July 9th Monday, July 7, 2008 - 11:12 PM EST Posted by: Glenn Apple tonight announced the launch date and time for its MobileMe service. According to a notification sent out to .Mac users, "as part of the MobileMe launch .Mac will be taken offline from 6pm to 12am PT on Wednesday, July 9th. Members will be unable to access www.mac.com or any .Mac services during this time with the exception of .Mac Mail accessed via a desktop application, iPhone, or iPod touch.
