Rogue Amoeba Releases Airfoil 3

Rogue Amoeba today announced the availability of Airfoil 3, a major update to its AirPort Express extender for Mac OS X. Airfoil has long allowed users to send any audio to the AirPort Express, from media players like RealPlayer and QuickTime to audio web sites like Pandora and Last.fm. After over a year in development, Airfoil 3 provides major new enhancements. This includes the following:
Play audio to remote Macs in addition to AirPort Express units, with Airfoil Speakers.

Play back local video in sync with remote audio, with Airfoil Video Player.

Send audio to the local machine in sync with remote playback

Full support for Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

Interface improvements and improved connectivity
Airfoil 3 is priced at $25 and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later. Owners of Airfoil 2 can upgrade for $10.
