Sapphire Browser for Front Row

The Sapphire Browser Beta 4 has been the talk of the Mac mini HTPC forum for the last few days. What's the big deal? It's basically one of the first plug-ins for Front Row 2.0. It was originally created for the Apple TV, but the developer just added compatibility for Leopard in the latest release. So what does the Sapphire Browser actually do? It will download all the metadata and cover art for your TV Shows and Movies in Front Row. This will turn your boring file lists into something exciting to look at and take some of the hassles out of managing your media collection. You can see all of the release notes for the new version here. I would suggest that you give it a look. The Sapphire Browser works well and installation
is a breeze.
