News Apple to release iTV in Q1 2007 Tuesday, September 12, 2006 - 2:00 PM EST Apple today announced that it plans to launch a new product called iTV, a device that attaches to a television and can wirelessly receive and play digital content from any computer running iTunes software. iTV will be controllable with the Apple Remote and features a built-in power supply, USB 2.0 port, Ethernet port, 802.11 wireless connectivity, optical audio, RCA stereo audio jacks, component video, and HDMI port.
