Mac Mini News Mac mini ship times increase Wednesday June 15, 2005 8:40 AM EST Is the Mac mini in short supply or getting ready for its first update? The online Apple Store has increased ship times for both models of the Mac mini from "same day" to "6-8 business days". Ship times in the UK and France have jumped from "same day" to "1-2 weeks". The increased shipping times have lead some to speculate that new models will be announced soon. Most Mac mini enthusiasts are waiting anxiously for the first update. At the top of their wish list is an improved video card with more memory. Other desired upgrades include an increase in standard RAM from 256MB to 512MB, audio-in, and faster hard drives with larger capacity.
