Add a second display to your Mac mini
Friday May 13, 2005 12:20 PM EST
TRITTON Technologies is working on having a Mac compatible version of their SEE2 USB 2.0 SVGA Adapter by the end of July. The SEE2 adapter allows you to add a second display through your USB 2.0 port. Mac and Mac mini owners will be able to extend and or mirror their desktop with the adapter. "Extend your desktop across both displays allowing you to increase your productivity like never before. While reading email on one display, open attachments on the other display. Expand spread sheets across both monitors, in graphics programs increase your working area by putting all your pallets on the second display." SEE2 is powered through the USB cable and requires no additional power supply. Currently the SEE2 supports up to 1280 x 1024 8, 16 Bits resolution on the PC. At this time, we have no information on what resolutions
will be supported on the Mac.
