News Chrome Beta Gains Native Flash Support, Speed Increases and More Tuesday, May 4, 2010 - 6:39 AM EST Posted by: Glenn Google has announced the release of a new beta version of their Chrome browser. According to the company, this update incorporates one of Chrome's most significant speed and performance increases to date, with 30% and 35% improvement on the V8 and SunSpider benchmarks over the previous beta channel release. It also includes an integrated Flash Player plug-in and new HTML5 features like geolocation, App Cache, web sockets, and file drag-and-drop. So grab it now from the Google website - it's pretty awesome. All you need is Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
