News Apple Releases iPhoto 8.1 Tuesday, August 18, 2009 - 1:49 PM EST Posted by: Glenn Apple has released iPhoto 8.1 via their Software Update utility and on the Web. According to the company, this update is recommended for all users of iPhoto '09 and includes several new print product options. We're talking the following:   Hardcover books can now be ordered in a new extra-large (10" x 13") size   Includes three new book themes with travel-oriented designs (Tropical, Asian, Old World)   A variety of new holiday greeting cards themes are now available iPhoto 8.1 weighs in at 160.40MB and requires Mac OS X 10.5.6 or later.
