News Plex 0.8.0 Released Monday, May 11, 2009 - 1:06 PM EST Posted by: Brian The Plex team has announced the release of Plex 0.8.0, a new version of their media center software for the Mac. New features in this version include an Anamorphic zoom mode, auto-management of subtitles based on your system language setting, animation for the Now Playing screen, and new interaction between your iTunes library and the Plex Media Server. It also includes numerous fixes and what sounds to be a major improvement in CPU utilization. Plex 0.8.0 weighs in at 99.8MB and requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
