News DivX 7 for Mac Released Thursday, April 16, 2009 - 7:43 PM EST Posted by: Fran DivX today announced the release of DivX 7 for Mac, the latest version of their media player for Mac OS X. According to the company, DivX 7 for Mac is a free download that provides everything you need to enjoy high-quality digital videos on your computer, including high definition H.264 (.mkv) videos with AAC audio and videos created using all previous versions of DivX technology. It also includes a free six-month trial of the DivX Pro Codec and a 15-day trial of DivX Converter. DivX 7 for Mac weighs in at 23.1MB and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later and an Intel-based Mac.
