Boxee Adds Netflix Support

The Boxee team has announced the latest Alpha release of their media center software. The big news with this release is the addition of Netflix support for Mac users. You can now play, browse, and queue 'Instant Watch' movies from Netflix through the application. Unfortunately though, this release doesn't include Netflix support for the Apple TV. That 1GHz processor just wasn't powerful enough to get things going at this time.
Other new features and improvements in this release include the following:
A new Hulu - enhanced UI with access to personal queues from Hulu.com

A new YouTube - new look, as well as higher quality video playbacked performance and .h264 support

Integration with MTV Music - songs/artists in your collection are now linked with music videos

The Boston Globe's Big Picture blog - amazing photos from around the world

Access to TheWB - shows like Buffy, Babylon5, Firefly, One Tree Hill and The O.C. are now available on Boxee

New CNN, Flickr, Picasa and Apple Movie Trailers - all re-written to work faster and better

Numerous bug fixes
Here are some screenshots of the new Netflix features:
