News Apple Releases QuickTime H.264 Compatibility Update Monday, November 17, 2008 - 5:55 PM EST Posted by: Glenn Apple has released a QuickTime H.264 Compatibility Update for QuickTime 7.5.5 via its Software Update utility and on the Web. According to the company, this update improves QuickTime compatibility with iChat. The QuickTime H.264 Compatibility Update weighs in at 3.3MB and requires Mac OS X 10.5.5 and QuickTime 7.5.5.
