Well, I just figured someone with that much cool gear is going to want a wireless mouse. BTW, that does look like a comfy chair.

It is a very comfy chair thanks! I've had it for over 10 years. Made by a Norwegian company called Stokke. I looked on their website and can't find this or any other office model anymore, but they have some really cool stuff anyway. www.stokke.com. As for the mouse, I waited a long time, trying to decide between the wireless BT one-button mouse and the Mighty Mouse and frustrated that there wasn't a wireless Mighty Mouse. A week after I gave in and bought the wired mouse, guess what Apple announced? grrrr... Typical!

Since it has only been a week that you had the wired mouse, you should return it if possible. Make yourself happy. Get what you want. Beautiful setup, too.

yep g5g5 - same thing with the 60GB iPods. A month instead of a week, but yeah. It's a very useful external HD though and fast bc it uses firewire to sync. The mini is my favorite, design-wise. Use it when exercising etc.

Don't feel bad Ann. The same thing happened to me after buying a 4G iPod. So.... I went bought an iHome for it and have it sitting in my kitchen.

Any reason why you're keeping the Mac mini down on the cart and not up on the desk? I see a nice free spot over there on the right.

The free spot on the right is where I have papers or whatever I'm working on. The cart also hides the various wires etc and lets me access the DVD drive from the sofa. Usually the MacBook isn't right there - a coffee cup or whatever. Sometimes I work on the sofa with the MacBook and watch a movie or listen to podcasts on the larger screen.

23" Apple Cinema = my dream display. I wonder if they will announce new ones with built in iSights at WWDC?
