Brian B's Mac mini setup
On top is 1.83GHz Mac mini, which I'm hosting all my stored media on. The TV is a 42 inch Phillips Plasma. The speaker below is a Yamaha SP 800 Digital Sound projector. This is the most minimalist system I could come up with the speaker gives Dolby surround from one box. The Mac mini has done away with the need for a component stereo system. I hid the TIVO box in the wall behind the TV. Shown hear. Finally I run the system with a blue tooth keyboard and a bluetooth track ball "The Ball" from Chwang Yi. The Ball is a must as it's tough to use a mouse when you're reclining on the couch. It's a pretty sweet system.

Nice job on the mounting and wiring from behind!

I like how your Mac mini is mounted above the plasma. I would assume that your cable box has an RF breakaway for the remote. It would be a pain in the neck going into the closet every time you wanted to change the channel.

Either that looks photoshoped or its just i a really bad spot in the room. Was there nowhere else it could be? Ami the only one who sees how terribly awkward that looks? nice equipment though

@ Lukom. I don't think it looks bad at all. I guess he could have lowered it some more, but that's just nit-picking.

No Lukom, you're not the only one who thinks that looks akward. I personally wouldn't be able to handle the fact that the corner of my HDTV was hanging out into the hallway. If there was no other place to put, I suppose it would have to work though. Also, I do love your equipment. Top notch equipment
