I have this exact setup. My old 120 gig hard drive fit right in and the computer fired up and recognized the drive. In addition I hooked another external firewire drive to the MiniStack FW connector. Other than the fan being slightly noisy it works flawlessly. Of course they don't tell you but if you are using the Intel based Mini you need to reformat your drive so it can be used as a startup drive. The Mini will recognize it but won't allow it to be used as startup unless you format it correctly. If you need the reformatting instructions email me at tennisman1939@yahoo.com
