Toby H's Mac mini setup
|
Here's my Mac mini set up. Video connected via VGA to my 42" Panny PW7 plasma, and audio connected to my Denon amp to feed my Kef KHT9000's. Wirelessly networked to my Netgear router and 8Mb ADSL line. Apple bluetooth keyboard and mouse, of course!
I'm loving every minute of it!
P.S. It's a 1.5GHz model, 1Gb RAM, 160Gb internal (upgraded) and 250Gb SmartDisk CrossFire external.

congrats, this is a great setup. very similar to what I am planning to do this summer. How do you like the onwall speakers, compared to traditional speakers?

I'm a big fan - I much prefer the 'lifestyle' speaker look. I think its clean and tidy for a room that's not massive, and the 9000's are of a good enough quality to give me the kind of audio performance that I want. The set up is quite a 'feature' in the room, but not as imposing a one as something with floor standers, etc.

Our walls are less friendly here in my country to make the cables disappear than at your place. Great job!
