Yes there is software. iPSP http://ipsp.kaisakura.com/, PSPWare http://www.nullriver.com/index/products/pspware, and PocketMac for PSP http://www.pocketmac.net/products/pmpsp/index.html. Plus you can mount the PSP's card on the desktop.

Hi! I really like that USB Hub, but I was just checking the Belkin site and cannot really figure out where the other 3 USB ports are, since it says, that this thing is top-loading? Anyone knows more?
