Dustan M's Mac mini setup
On the left:
- Blueberry iMac: 500Mhz, 512RAM, 20GB hdd.
- 100MB USB Zip Drive
- 2x 400GB 7200RPM WD drives (one USB, one FireWire)
- Intel Core Duo Mac Mini: 1.66 Ghz, 2GB Ram, 80GB hdd, SuperDrive.
- Westinghouse 19" Widescreen LCD HD
- Looks like a VCR? Actually its a mod...inside is three 2.5" drives.
- Two are 30GB, one is 10GB. Also, one 3.5" 40GB drive. All are connected to a 4 port USB hub, also inside. Finally for the mod, two fans, and a re-enforced top to hold the weight of the LCD.
- 1st gen iPod, 5GB
- 3rd gen iPod, 30GB
- 4th gen iPod, 15GB
- iPod Nano black, 2GB

On the right:
- USB wireless 54G adapter
- Sony Handycam Vision Analog
- Sony Handycam Digital
- Mod: 3 Dual-layer DVD-RW Burners & 1 52x Max CD-RW Burner in a custom rack all with independent power & all connected to the mini via a 7 port USB 2 hub and controlled by NTI's Dragon Burn

great gear you have there dustan. Ahhh the good old Blueberry iMac, i still have mine, the 400Mhz one though. Great machines. Do you do much video editing?? How does the mini old up?

Thanks. I do a lot with cutting up other's video and special effects mostly. (Check out FXhome.com) The Mini handles FCP 5 Studio nicely I use the iMac for older apps like Pagemaker and Freehand. Yknow, I forgot to put in my G3 Tower and 15' G4 PowerBook! Igotta take more Pics!!

How many HDD's all together including the hidden ones...? 17 all together! And thats just on THAT table. (there are two other tables in the room with 8 MORE computers connected and active
