- Dell W3202MC LCD-TV
- Pioneer AC Reciever

Those 23", 26" and 32" Dell LCD TVs are starting to grow on me. Nice setup!

As a former Metallica fan, I have a hard time with a guy named Lars having yellow walls in his house

I really wish the speakers detached on my Dell, yours do right? Get a nice external speaker system, and it will be awesomeness!

Got a link for the Macally BT mouse in silver? I only see one in white.
Lars [Jun 09, 2006 at 03:48 AM]
Here it goes to the BT mouse: http://www.macally.com/spec/usb/input_device/btmini.html .The mouse is great, only drwaback is that it will be disturbed by airport signals (near maximum bandwidth). But it has two buttons, so apple's bt mouse is not an option @bwanac: The speakers can be detachted and I allready have external speakers. I think I will remove them, the TV is allready wide enough without them

My bad. I thought you had this model in silver. http://www.macally.com/spec/bluetooth/btmouse.html I have been shopping around for BT mouse for a long time. Radtech has cool ones, but they are on the small side.

Yea... i hate how wide my monitor feels.. especially since i never use the speakers!

How did you get the mini to work with the Dell LCD ? I have a 3706mc and couldnt get them to work together.
Lars [Jun 11, 2006 at 05:29 AM]
Hmm, I had no problems to connect the Dell. I simply plugged in the DVI cable and it worked. Are you using DVI?
Anon [Jun 12, 2006 at 04:29 PM]
Ive had trouble on mine using the VGA... but with DVI... its crisp and works flawlessly!
Lars [Jun 13, 2006 at 08:44 AM]
I also tried VGA. It works with some tweaking. The mini detects 1360x1000 which the Dell won't display. I logged in via VNC and manually changed the resolution to 1360x768, then it worked. While booting, the mini tried to use the unsupported resolution, so the first screen you actually see is allready aqua. Best to use the DVI port.

Nice man! you only got one problem......them WIRES are crazy!
Lars [Jun 20, 2006 at 11:25 AM]
Yes, true. The picture was made the same day the TV was delivered ... In the meantime I removed the speakers from the TV, moved the bookshelf and added a back plane to the TV stand which hides most of the cables. Doesn't look so cluttered anymore.

Very nice simple set-up Lars. How about an update pic?
