Hackersmovie's iMac
My completely ridiculous iMac G3 233mhz Rev. A "Bondi Blue". It has a G4/400Mhz card, 80GB 7200rpm HD, 512Mb of RAM, boosted VRAM to a whopping 6Mb and added an ASUS wireless ethernet adapter! It get's used a lot, friends, family etc...Oh, yeah, and it's running OS10.4.10 and OS9.2.2!!!!

A friend of mine found one of these in a dumpster, still fully functional about 3 weeks ago.

Nice! I have a very similar one, I got it off ebay just for the curiosity value and found that it had some of the same mods as yours! It is actually really useable for web browsing and the like. plus they just look dead cool and retro no!

thanks splen! That's exactly what it is used for... web browsing is great on this little machine, I even can stream internet radio while browsing, not too bad for a machine that is nearly 10 yrs old, try doing that with a PC!!!

my grandmother still doesn't have a computer, never has used one except once at the library, anybody know where i could get one of these for like say, less than $750? i dont want to spend a bunch on an imac, and she doesn't have any peripherals, so a mini's out of the question.
