Mac Nano :-)
A low-cost modular Mac Mini (separate single motherboard, combo or DVD burner, hard-disk), for systeme you can build element by element :
- hard disk MP3/DivX player on standard TV/LCD/plasma screen,
- then, the combo drive for playing standard DVD/CD,
- and finaly the motherboard for using like a single PC game-play, or/and basics home-functions like web (and on-line fonctions/softwares), and IP phone, with a DSL box (in the same design, why not).
For people who don't want to buy a computer first, but interesting by the media center functions.

I think some of the ports get a little ridiculous.

This is a neat idea. It would provide people with a very low-cost entry into getting a new computer, and simplifies upgrades easily.
