"I like the desktop image" agreed, where did you get it? Everything is so white and cool! You just need to do something about the not-white hard-driver. Mount it under the desk or something, it's not like it needs to be seen!

The Desktop Image is in the "Black and White" desktop folder that comes with tiger i use it as mine

Try moving the old speakers UNDER the desk or out of the setup entirely
