Ted's Mac mini setup II
|
|
This is my updated setup (minor changes). The mini is a 1.25/1Gb (just upgraded from 256)/40/CDRW-DVD Combo. Using a Samsung Syncmaster 172n LCD. 20GB iPod Color. 120Gb external hard drive (I call it the spaceship...) Crappy Belkin USB 1.1 hub. Kensington wireless keyboard and mouse (don't recommend). Dell Axim X5. Dell Inspiron 9300. Old Dell Dimension 4100 (Linux). I hope you like your mini's as well as I do!

Love the Spaceship! I love my mini too and can't wait for the new one with a remote! If it comes out with one!

Who makes the "Spaceship" drive? Do they make it in silver?

Considering you 'like' your mini as much as you claim, why do you have yours 'crushed' up on it's side like it's trying to hide with the Dell in pride off place? Not trying to be an a**hole, just wondering. Cool drive though.

Well, i was considering putting the laptop on its side to make things work on the desk, but i thought that i would put the mini there. haha As for the spaceship, it comes in black only and is made by Coolmax. Newegg, $25.
