My setup:
* Core 2 Duo mini
* Piggy back to a 500GB firewire external drive.
* Apple wireless keyboard and Mouse
* Pioneer Home Cinema Amplifer (VSX-LX50)
* KEF 7.1 Speakers
* 40" 1080p Sony TV (DVI->HDMI for video and Optical for audio)
* Elagato TV usb stick
* Pioneer Upscaling DVD Player
* Nintendo Wii
* Homechoice Set-top box (TV via phone line and IPTV)
* Timecapsule (1TB)
* Logitech Harmony 1000 - Touch Screen Universal Remote Control
* ZICPLAY EWOO - iPod Docking Station With Wireless Remote Control
* Slingbox solo

Comments:
* Great sound for music, games, TV and movies from all sources as it runs via the amp.
* All DVD's are copied to the 500GB disk using 'Handbrake' (can rip a 5.1 source).
* All this also feeds into a smaller screen (26in Samsung LCD TV and Apple TV) in the bedroom

thanks, I had a 5.1 Kef 1005 set and wanted a 7.1 set so I bought the 2 Series 5 satellites - amazing sound....
