Rick H's Mac mini setup

My setup:
- 2009 Mac Mini w/4GB RAM (mini-dvi to dvi adapter, then dvi-hdmi for video)
- Iomega minimax 1TB hard drive (with sticker over the too-bright display light)
- Sony Bravia 26" (hdmi in from mini)
- Logitech dinovo mac bluetooth rechargeable keyboard with touchpad (sorry apple keyboard - no more aa batteries please)
- Bello media stand
- Apple remote for front row and boxee control
- JVC receiver (toslink cable in from mac mini for *all* sound). Need to use the receiver remote for all sound control, because mac mini does not let you control sound if you use digital out.
- Yamaha speakers (vintage 1986)
- My son's ipod shuffle 2G with dock
- elgato eyeTV hybrid plugged into mac mini (though that was a waste of money for us; our programming now comes through boxee (hulu, etc).

Perhaps SofaControl might work to use the Apple remote for everything?
