how do i edit pic?

i like to do simple edit on a pic...eg.like adding an arrow, adding a coloured circle,etc
how do i do it in my mac mini? what SW do i need?

OK......

go to google, and look up the "GIMP" (no quotes obviously)

First install X11 from your restore cd. then install GIMP.

This program is just as good as PS and is open source.

I LOVE gimp!!!

The Gimp is fairly good, but requires X11.

Seashore, on the other hand, does not require X11. It's based around Gimp technology, yet looks and feels like a Mac application.

Well, if you want a simple program that edits pictures, Pixen is free (like GIMP) and pretty good.
