Anyone else here interested in all of the Kindle Fire news? I think it looks like a nice device for the money. In fact, my wife already pre-ordered one earlier today. Is it as good as the iPad? Not likely, but for $199 how can you really lose? I also think the UI looks pretty snappy, not to mention the Silk browser and it appearing to be snappy. Oh well, I think Amazon did a good thing here. They just introduced a nice tablet that most people can afford. I don't see it hurting Apple, but it's going to put some pressure on iPad sales.
