What is a Picaman?

I used to work in the printing business, and a pica is a unit of measurement in printing (6 picas=1 inch, 12 points=1 pica). Some customers started calling me that, and it just stuck.

Pica is also an eating disorder where people reflexively eat inappropriate non-food things such as dirt, clay, or chalk.

I'm not that kind of pica-man, though. No dirt casserole for me Razz

I had been working on my beetle most of the day and then registered on the site in the evening, 3 guesses what I'd been playing about with in the garage... Wink

I thought I'd bump this thread up, as we have had quite a few new members join the forum. This is a fun/interesting thread.

Let us know all about your avatar/member name.

anyway, used it on ebay, then xbox live, then its been my username for everything really.

Avatar speaks for its self, pink floyds 'Dark Side of the Moon' album cover. powerful image for me.
