I have Adobe Photoshop LE for the Mac and want to run it on my Mini.
I only switched to Macs about 2 months ago and the Mini I got had Panther pre-loaded. After a few weeks, I got the Tiger upgrade and am extremely happy with it.
What are the problems, if any, with trying to install a program that was written for OS 9? Will Tiger run it?
Thanks,

OS X will not run any Classic Mac OS 7, 8, or 9.x apps natively! What it does is runs them in Classic mode which is a Classic Mac OS emmulator. In your Mini's box you should have recieved the disk for Mac OS 9.2 you can use that to install and use the Classic OS.
Now! I have not installed OS 9 on my Mini but some of the Problems that I have found on other older Macs with running programs under the Classic mode is that Classic will not allow the programs to see printers and scanners and other things like this. I don't know if this is true with the Mini and Tiger but I must assume that it is! And programs and tasks that are very memory intensive tend to be very slow under Classic Mode! _________________ 13' Macbook 2.0ghz C2D w/2gb RAM and 120gb HD
