Pre.4.8 I could launch VLC in 1 second, now it's taking 4 seconds.
Anyone else notice apps loading more slowly? _________________ iMac intel CoreDuo 17" 1Gb

It's the latest version - I don't have launch problems with VLC but occasionally I get a crash when I exit fast. _________________ iMac intel CoreDuo 17" 1Gb

The only issue I have had with this update (on two Intel & one PPC Mini) is the fact that it overwrote my postfix mail server with a new version, my own fault for using the default location, but which would be fine if the version Apple supply was built to work with MySQL....
A quick rebuild later and all is well... _________________ Mac mini 1 (Old Timer - test Box @ home) : 1.42 PPC @ 1.75, 1GB Memory, 320G HD

That's a lot slower - what RAM do you have? _________________ iMac intel CoreDuo 17" 1Gb
