My iPod won't connect to my mac mini. When I connect it nothing happens.

Can anyone help me?
The battery is very low so I can't turn it on either Crying or Very sad

Whether it connects or not won't it charge if attached?

Utilize www.apple.com and go to support. Type in your issue, ie, iPod won't connect to Mini. You must open iTunes from your dock unless you have your preferences already checked to open iTunes upon connection. Be sure your iPod is not locked. A reset of your iPod may be required.

It won't charge and it won't connect. When i plug it in with my usb cable nothing happens. I'm not sure that i can resett it due to low battery Confused

Can it be that I use iTunes 7? This is the firsttime that I uset the nano with 7

I have read on other forums about bugs in iTunes 7. You may want to try reloading iTunes 7.

When I tried to reset it for the first time I pushed the wrong buttons Embarassed and then I went to apples support pages again.
