yeah, hi.
i was listening to my ipod shuffle, but then i paused it for a while then i left it like that for like 1 hour, then i came back and i tried to press play, but it wouldn't do anything. So i turned it off for around 1 hour and now everytime i turn it on, it keeps blinking orange and green. it will show up under Windows, as a proper Apple iPod USB device, but it won't do anything else. I cant format it, i cant access it as a removable drive and it won't play anything. it was working fine a few hours ago, but now it's just a white little blinking brick.
what the heck just happened? i've searched on the internet and apparently this is common. oh and this is the first time i've encountered a problem with my ipod, since when i bought it 5 months ago.
is there any way to recover my ipod shuffle? |

If you haven't already done so, you might want to visit http://www.apple.com/support/ipodshuffle/. In particular, see the "5 Rs" and the item on "won't charge".

yeah i have visited that website. I've exhausted all options on there too. My iPod shuffle is still under the one-year limited warranty so I think I'll just get it replaced. _________________ -----------------------
