I am working on an audio fix package based on the work being done over at the onmac.net forums. If you're running XP/Boot Camp on your Intel Mini, please give this file a shot:

http://www.wiredbynature.org/temp/speakerfix.zip

Basically it just kills the internal speaker so that the audio only comes out of the headphone jack. Simple registry tweak. If you'd like to provide some more information, please answer my questions on this thread:

Thanks! Smile

Good job! Where were you when I was running Boot Camp? You know a reg hack is cool, but an option to toggle the speaker on and off in the SigmaTel control panel would even be cooler. Wink

Works great! Although I seem to have had to do it twice for it to work. Perhaps I shoulda said 'yes' when it wanted to restart after re-enabling Sigma driver?

Anyways, huge thanks Kaidomac for this great fix to an annoying problem! Laughing

Now if someone could just get the IR port working Wink
