When using boot camp and in Windows, MacMini will shut down

The strangest thing started happening all of the sudden with my Mac Mini while in Windows (using boot camp). For no apparant reason it will just shut down. No warning screens or anything. I unplugged all ext hard drives and such but still no luck. I noticed it when i was trying to run batch processes in photoshop and I would come back after a while and notice that the whole computer was down. I'd boot back up and find that my batch process was incomplete. My power management settings are all set to not let any thing "turn off".

Anybody else having this problem????
