Yes it can! Have you ever looked at the dashboard of a yugo and compared it to that of a Lincoln of Cadilac? Big difference. Also most computers for years have had plastic fronts and complete cases that have looked really good. Like the original iMacs. Now plastic made to look like aluminium? That's a different story? |
I was being sarcastic.
The original iMac cases were great! I wonder if any retail stores will carry the M9? |
Oops! Sleep deprived haze! |

Lou would you buy the M9? I'm seriously looking at getting one, but I'd like to see one in person first. "High quality aluminum coloured plastic" this scares me a bit. |

They will get close with the color, but not with the texture of metal. _________________ 1.42GHz Mac mini

bottom of the page..
The M9-DX can be used either as Firewire or USB hard disk. Use the switch at the back to change the mode!

As a proud owner of a Macpower “Mvisto” enclosure. I am happy to report that my Mvisto is a beautifully engineered product. The build quality and finish are both superb and it simply oozes quality. The attention to detail is impressive with lots of nice touches. I have no doubt this M9 will be equally as good if not even better.
Mvisto:

Does anyone know what the MSRP will be for the M9 DX?

No word on price yet. Good to hear you're a satisfied customer. They appear to be taking their time and not rushing this thing to market. This can be a good thing! Have you had any contact or experience with Macpower's tech support? _________________ 1.42GHz Mac mini

I sent off an email to the US distributor (Century Global) yesterday..
asked them about pricing and what stores would be carrying it.
MacPower / Tytech told me that it would be shipping towards the end of the month.
On another topic, what speakers have you gotten for your mini?
I'm looking into getting the Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 2.0 Speakers..
anyone have experience with them? |
