Yes friends, I have done it. The sad part is, XP boots the way it is selected when holding down option when starting up. If I select the MiniStack Mac OS it usually starts up from the main Mini drive. I tried using Super Duper to clone the Windows drive and it couldn't do it. Drive Genius did do it but I had to have three separate physical drives to make it happen. Drive Genius starts up from one and has to unmount the other 2 that are cloning to each other.
Drive Genius clones drives so good you can't tell which drive is which. Too make sure which was which, I had to add a new folder to the My Documents folder in the Windows drive. It even gives the same icon and coloring to the cloned drive. I do like Super Duper's ease of use. Super Duper can clone without having a third drive too.
After all is said and done, Windows works fine, Mac OS works fine. I just can't select the MiniStack Mac OS all the time. It always shows up as a selection when holding option on restart. I can select it, but most of the time I start up from the main Mini drive. I have applied all the latest updates for the Mini. _________________ iBookmaster |

I don't think Windows was even starting up on the MiniStack. I could select it, but I think it was starting up by the main drive. I can't get the Mac OS to start up at all with the MiniStack now. So, I'm wiping the MiniStack and starting over. Before trying to clone Windows to the MiniStack, the MiniStack booted the Mac OS fine every time. _________________ iBookmaster |
