I wonder if any company has considered this, but the idea is basicly a small laptop sized server with a battery and Wi-Fi or Airport if it's Apple that also has GigaBit for at home or office and a small LCD that is only a few inches so that it displays battery life storage left/used and other vital things. So does any one think they could do this? the biggest things are motherboard and HDD connections since the highest I've seen in 2 I was thinking around 4, and then OS is also a problem, but you could use an embedded version like LaCie Eathernet Disks then a large bettery.
