I have a funny thing that just doesn't stick...

Ever since I got my Intel Mac Mini Core Duo, my widgets, reset.

Meaning that when I restart or startup, all the widgets that were marked as off in the Widget manager magically return as active in the sub menu.

I had this before and during 10.4.6... It is like it gets amnesia and forgets that I asked it to keep the widgets not used inactive or turned off...

But being as thick headed as it is, it still want ALL the widgets to be active...

What is going on here?

No not much action Smile

I added a few widgets using the "more widgets" button. After placing them neatly on my dashboard, they were gone after a reboot. My mac has amnesia too.

I have this issue with 10.4.6 as well. I can turn widgets off, but it ultimately does nothing, as they will return upon a reboot.

For a moment I was afraid I was the only one... I guess, this is a wider problem, only people just don't notice it since they do it once and rarely look in the bottom Widget menu after they have chosen the ones they like to use...

No biggie but still, it is a function that should work and it does not...
