Any idea?

One of the only ways I know how to get 5.1 out of the Digital Out, is only by using DVD Player. Which you have to turn on the Digital Out and configure it to 5.1. But it should work on anything with 5.1 surround (unless it is compressed or just doesn't have any true 5.1 tracks on it). I've only really got it to work on DVDs and full non-compressed DVDs from MacTheRipper.

I am playing a original DVD, The Lord Of The Rings, not ripped media.
I played with the DVD Player and I select a track encoded with Dolby Digital or DTS, but the AV receiver only receives Dolby Prologic.

Did you change the DVD Player's Preferences under Disc Setup?

Thank you very much.

That was the problem. I changed Output Audio to Digital output and now both Dolby Digital and DTS works.
