The ultimate upgrade ???

If some of you remember those times of the atari and amiga, there were a computer close to what's the mini today.

The amiga 1200, cheap, versatile and popular.

He also had a 2.5" HDD and a single expansion slot (Zorro III)

The 1200 towers were very commons, they made adapters to install 3.5" HDDs and riser boards for multiple expansions slots.

I think the airport express slot could bring us the complete PCI interface, and we could install then a RAID SATA card with the superdrive attached to the ATA 133 onboard.

With a good cooling, almost any mini shoul work at 1.58 Ghz, and the 9200 accelerated by about 20 %.

It would be funny to do such an upgrade in a larger cubic black box, but it could sound like a "deja vu"

Some of these mods are cool putting the mini into larger cases even though most of them are reeeaaally ugly. I'd like to see some smaller mods keeping with the mini's small form factor.
