Which is better in your opinion?

Parallels is MUCH faster.

Also can you install XP upgrade or does it have to be a full version with SP2?

You don't need SP2 to install. (that's only a requirement for BootCamp)

Ok so far GREAT!I have a upgrade XP disc. Since I upgraded from Win 98.
Will I be able to install the upgrade (when it asks for the validation of a previous Win product I usually stop the CD and install the Win 98 disc to verify.
Once it does I reinstall the XP disc and away it goes.
Will that work here to?

Only one way to find out! Smile

Seriously, it shouldn't be any different than installing XP (upgrade or otherwise) on a real system.
