Okay so we know that Intel is introducing 3 new chips this year, the Conroe, Merom, and the quad processor chip (I forget the name) My question is what do you think about which chip will go in which mac.
My prediction is that the Mac Pro will use the Conroe for the lower versions and the high end one will sport the quad chip.
The iMac and MacBook Pro will sport the merom chip
And the Mac Mini and MacBook (iBook) will still use the Yonah chip because they are entry level macs thus being used by consumers and not needing the power.
Now it's your turn... _________________ Mac Mini, 1.25 Ghz, 40Gb, 512, combo drive. Imac G4, 1 Ghz, 80Gb, 768, Super Drive.
