|
|
| I just hooked up a new 17" DVI-D flat panel monitor to replace the 17" analog flat panel monitor and boy what a difference. I highly reccomend people using a DVI-D one as the picture is so much better then the non DVI one. |

Do getting digital cables make it even better? I use the cable that came with the monitor (I'm sure its cheap) and I read somewhere that getting top of the line digital cables will make picture even better. |

I've heard the same thing. I bet Monster Cable makes some great ones but they are probably expensive. I'm just using the one that came with my display. _________________ 14" 1.25GHz G4 iBook (died)

Yeah I looked online and they go for $89 and up.....I'll pass. Only spent $214 for the monitor, nuts to spend half that on cables.
thanks

Here it is - I got it from Tiger Direct. The reviews on this one have been pretty good. They have another model which is a 15" that goes for $185 but has been sold out all over. I was upset, but I am glad I spend the extra bucks for a bigger display and higher resolution.
