ive got mine preordered from 2 places in the UK (just incase 1 place doesnt have the stock come in)
i guess you are in NA? Comes out tonight at midnight. lucky people.
still.... it aint that long to wait in the uk i guess. (10 days)
i upgraded my pc a few months ago to what i thought was state of the art. certainly high-end. (athlon 64 3400, 6800gt, audigy4 etc..) the xbox 360 is more powerful than it now. 
kameo looks amazing. criminal origins looks... dark. |

I'm in the US. I never bought the original Xbox (Even when the dropped the price to $149). I've decided to buy an Xbox 360 even though the launch titles look kind of weak. The thing that has me pissed off is the retailers over here are putting together these bundles of crap you don't need. I just want the $399 system with the hard drive and wireless controller. I'll probably go stand in line tonight at Walmart or Best Buy and try to get one. What games are you looking to pick up? |

kameo, need for speed most wanted & pgr3 are the ones ive got pre-ordered.
i'll probably buy perfect dark zero, criminal origins.. possibly ridge racer 6. when im in the shop.
bloody expensive all this stuff. |

ive been xbox since it came out i orderd the 360 a while ago my total came to over $750 Perfect Dark Zero is lookin sweet!!!
we'll have to see if ps3 is as good...Doubt it

| Have you seen the in game movie of F1 for the PS3? OMG! They reckon its actual in game footage but it looks like cut scene quality from everything else to date so if thats true its going to blow everything out of the water. Hence I'm waiting for the PS3. |

I was watching G4TV for a few minutes last night. *Don't ask me why* They implied that games for the PS3 may cost around $75 and the console may cost around $500. Throw these $400 Xbox 360s with their $60 dollar games into the mix and you got one expensive hobby.

Good luck getting a xbox360 in NA. I heard they are short units and wont be shipping more till 06.
I dont think ill be buying 360 as the titles dont look good as of now. Ill wait for ps3. |

but seriously. i get all consoles. its a technology fetish i have i guess. i love all the stuff. does get expensive when things start coming out all in the same week though.
plus with this 360 and the ps3 you really need a hdtv for full benefits. thats the killer for me this xmas. |

| I got mine this morning after waiting in line at Circuit City for 4 1/2 hours. I also bought Call of Duty 2. What a great looking game! NBA 2K6 and Gun are next on my list. I'm still learning the ins and outs of the system and Xbox live. Did anyone else get one? |
