Intel Speed Article. Is the iMac as fast as the Quad G5?

There has been much debate about the speed of the Intel Macs VS the PPC Macs. I thought I would post an article that makes some interesting points and possibly spark some interesting dialogue. I do not agree entirely with the article, but it does make some valid points and is worth a quick read. It is interesting to note that on most native applications (in orange) the Intel machines are much faster than the G5s. What the article does succeed in proving is that the Intel machines are not yet fully utilizing the processor capacity they have onboard. In other words with code changes there is still room for improvement.
