Hi there. I disconnected the cable from my A1176 mini to phillips monitor, to use on another machine. Now that it is reconnected to the mini, i get ' no video input' message on the screen. Would appreciate any help to get up and running again.
Thanks in advance. |

| sounds like you killed the monitor cable or your monitor is set out of range now in order to fix you will need to reconnect the mini to another monitor and change the screen resolution to 640x480 then reconnect the old monitor |

Also, try cycling the inputs on the monitor.
Try booting while pressing a shift key to boot into safe mode.

Those pins are notoriously easy to bend. So much so, that you should always give them a quick inspection prior to attempting the connection. I'm glad it's still working for you after bending them back (I assume you didn't need to replace the adapter). |
