Thanks, I think it was well discussed.
BTW, it's not "on" 24 hours a day, while it's asleep. Is your TV "on" when you turn it off with the remote. No, it's asleep. Components are still drawing power. In the case of the Mac mini it's only 1.39 Watts while it's asleep. I see no reason to have to shut it off, in which case it is still drawing 0.8 Watts. |
