I'm the same way. I'll surf around on the iPad, but rarely make a comment or input a bunch of text on a website. I don't really do much with email either other than reading messages. Most messages are replied to or created on my MacBook Pro. It's just kinda strange that way. I don't really find it hard to type on the iPad. I think that I just prefer a physical keyboard inputting information. That's why I'm digging some of these new Windows 8 latops out there with a touchscreen. They could end up giving you the best of both worlds. |

I believe people do it because deep down, they want laptop functionality which they won't get because of the tablet OS.

They fall short since they don't have enough of the common desktop apps and utilities as tablet apps yet. |
