when i go to my Network tab on my mac, I see my pc there but when I click on it it says Connection Failed.. how can i fix this so I can access my PC from my Mac?

From what version of OS X to what version of Windows?

Is File Sharing enabled on the Windows PC?
And have any folders on the PC been shared?
