I just got a MacMini set it up, and it said I have to update iTunes. Did that and then it rebooted and now it's been stuck on the boot logo with the gear for about 2 hours so I tried rebooting it and it does not get passed this boot screen... I'm a pc guy so kinda lost here.... What do I do??

Is there any reset shortcut? |

Are you near an Apple Store, independent Apple vendor, or Apple type service place?

I'd take it in for an examination at the soonest available time.

I think maybe the USB chip is just formatted wrong. I've been using it on my pc for a while. But now trying to copy from Mac to USB it will not let me..
Do I have to format the USB differently? |

You shouldn't have trouble, but how is the drive formatted? _________________ 2011 Mac mini with 8GB of RAM

NTFS and FAT 32 should work unless something is wrong with the stick. I would try offloading the files to the PC then reformatting the drive to FAT 32. Then upload them to the stick and try it again. _________________ 2011 Mac mini with 8GB of RAM

I believe you can not write to NTFS, unless something has changed. You can write to FAT though.
